Marveling over the scoring wizardry of good friend and teammate Stephen Curry, Warriors guard Kent Bazemore couldn’t resist taking a good-natured jab on the participant chasing Curry for the NBA scoring title.
Wizards star Bradley Beal is averaging 31.4 factors per sport. Curry leads the league, averaging 31.9. The race heated up in current weeks and should have peaked on Saturday, when Beal scored 50 factors and Curry responded a pair hours later with 49.
“Forty-nine factors in 29 minutes, that’s unreal,” Bazemore stated after the crew’s Monday morning shootaround. “We bought guys hurting hamstrings to maintain up.”
Bazemore then paused, grinning.
“Y’all gotta perform a little research on that,” he added.
